  • "Q has been incredible to work with. She is exceptionally patient and kind, while also making session fun, engaging, and tailored to meet my child exactly where they are. What I appreciate most is how supported and included I feel as a parent. Each session includes a focus on parent training, ensuring we feel confident practice with our kiddo throughout the week between sessions. Q consistently explains what we're working on and why, which has helped me feel informed, empowered, and better equipped to support my child's progress. We are so grateful for our experience with All Play Speech and couldn't be happier with the support we've received."

  • "Quianna has been such a great speech therapist for my 7-year-old. She's amazing with kids--patient, encouraging, and really good at making sessions fun and comfortable. It's clear she has a strong understanding of speech disorders and child development, and she always knows how to meet kids where they are.. I also really appreciate how much she prioritizes communication with parents and keeps us in the loop. SO glad we found her."

  • “My daughter E., was fortunate to have Quianna (Mrs. Q) as her speech therapist at A.D Elementary for the past three years. When E started Kindergarten, she struggled with speech, this made learning to read and write very challenging. Mrs. Q has made a meaningful difference in E’s life. Her patience, kindness, and expertise helped my daughter develop the tools she needed to find her voice and express herself confidently, while concurrently providing my husband and I the support and tools we needed to help E at home. We are incredibly grateful for her support – it has truly helped our daughter gain confidence and feel heard. E now reads chapter books to us every day, writes short stories, and is always up for conversation!”

I would highly recommend working with her!”

  • “I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Q for the past four years in my role as an Autism Consultant. What stands out most is her commitment to collaborative practice--she truly listens to all voices on the team, especially families, and integrates their insights into care with respect and clarity. Her communication is intentional, functional, and remarkably transparent, making her not only an exceptional clinician but also a trusted partner in support. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Q to any family seeking compassionate, child-led, and neurodiveristy-affirming speech and language services.”

  • "I’ve had the privilege of calling Quianna my friend and colleague for the last three years. She has made an incredible impact she has on our school community, and she brings a calm confidence to everything she does. Her style of practice is playful and stress-free, yet grounded in evidence-based principles. Her students adore her, and she goes above and beyond to support the families she works with. Southern Oregon is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing speech-language pathologist and advocate for our neurodiverse children! "

  • “I know Quianna both personally and professionally, and have seen firsthand her deep commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, child-led practices. She is the quintessential speech-language pathologist—her love for children is unwavering, and her approach is grounded in respect, play, and connection. I’ve watched her implement these values not only in her work but also with her own children and two nephews. She’s a strong advocate for the families she serves, always intentional and collaborative in her communication. I highly recommend her to any family or team seeking a thoughtful and dedicated therapist."
