Welcome!

Hi! I’m Q — a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist based in Grants Pass, Oregon and the founder of All Play Speech Therapy, LLC. I provide mobile speech therapy services to children and families throughout Southern Oregon.

All Play Speech Therapy was created with one goal in mind:
To support each individual’s unique communication journey with care that is accessible, sustainable, and grounded in who they are.

Rooted in neurodivergent-affirming practices and a deep respect for the natural way children grow and connect, I partner with families to create meaningful, child-led support that fits your real life.

What “All Play” Means

You might hear people say, “Do you just play games all day?”
And honestly? Yes, I do—on purpose.

Play is powerful. It’s how kids make sense of the world, learn new skills, and build lasting connections. My therapy is rooted in evidence-based, child-led play that fosters trust, joy, and deeper learning.

But there’s another layer to “All Play”—it’s personal.
This practice was inspired by my own family’s desire for connection and balance. It’s named in part after our son (“A.P.”), who reminds us daily that time is precious and growth is beautiful.

All Play Speech Therapy, LLC, is grounded in family, functionality, and community.

Our Philosophy

  • An environment that adapts to them, not the other way around

  • A support team that listens first, and speaks with empathy

Guiding Principles

.

Guiding Principles .

Our approach is shaped by three core principles that guide everything we do—from session planning to family collaboration:

1. Inclusive, Neurodivergent-Affirming Practice

We don’t ask children to change who they are to fit in.

We change the space, pace, and approach to meet them where they are.

Our mission is not normalization, but actualization—supporting every child to become their fullest, most authentic self.

2. Collaborative, Relationship-Based Care

Therapy is a shared journey rooted in trust, respect, and curiosity.

We value the voices of caregivers and children equally.

We learn from each other. We grow together. And we build a foundation of honesty and partnership—because no one should do this alone.

3. Accessible & Sustainable Support

True support is functional and flexible.

We tailor therapy to each family’s life and capacity—no impossible homework, no burnout.

Just practical, joyful strategies that work across environments and make sense beyond the therapy room.
